Paypaisa amount not refunded from last 3 months whether product was not delivered to me.

Hi,

I placed an Order no (PaisaPay ID: 40292542360) on 28 Aug-15. The item was not delivered to me. I put the claim request for this order and claim ID:1245929.

I have called 5-6 times to ebay CC and put several mails to ebay@ebay.in . But I didn't get any positive response. No one is respond me on my email.

As per CC agent, claimed had been initiated on 25th Sep-15 and it has been refund has been approved. But I didn't get claimed amount till current date. I am very frustrated from the ebay response.

I also put mail to insellerverification@ebay.com. But everything is waste.

I need my money because I can't trust on ebay who hold my money from more than 3 month (approx).

There was one claim ID: *** for which refund was approved on 18th Sep 2015. Today is 24th November.  But till date I have not received any amount from your end.Today I was looking at the bank bt also did not Receive refund. I also contact  your  customer care but they are ignored My problm.Solve my problm and refund my money. otherwise i will go consumer court and FIR Against Your Fraud.
