I ordered this item no: 261770794271,I ordered it & paid the payment via net banking option of ICICI Bank.The transition was successful but when redirecting to eBay something went wrong & this message showed up 'Payment was not successful'. I paid 3976.57₹ & this was deducted from my balance & order wasn't placed.
Please help me,either return the money back to my account or place an order for this item that I paid.
Hoping for a quick solution.
