Payment charged by Paisa Pay System -

I purchased a mobile by paisa pay system (Nokia 6600 with battery and charger (6462591789) from snekamobiles but my payment has been charged and now snekamobile saying this he has not received any payment. Is ebay here just for cheating with its user. and if no then who is responsible for charging me payment of such an article which i didn;t received yet.

ebay is always there to assist you.

It seems that you have paid through Bank transfer via Paisapay.

It sometimes happen that the confirmation file doesn't reaches the ebay's bank. Thus ebay system is not able to give confirmation to the Seller.

In this situation....

Seller is quite right in denying that the payment has been received.

Buyer is quite right in showing his anger as he has already paid.

ebay is also right as confirmation is delayed and has to be manually processed.

I would suggest that you write to ebay via help form so that the facts are known.

Hi,

So tell me who is responsible for all this. On 20th December is got a mail from Ebay that my money has been refunded back but when i check the same from my credit-card division they replied me " No Amount has been Refunded Back ". So, tell me now when I'll get my refund back. Because at the time of charging you took money with in Same Day and now at the time of Return why its taking so much time.

Truely saying its my first intraction with Ebay and realy its my last transaction as now onwards it seem difficult to trust Ebay. Now " I Need My Money Back As early As possible".

Paisa Pay refund takes 7 days and this is not only because of paisa pay processes but also the cc company which takes time to cancel the transaction and give a refund.
