Payment Paid thru Paisa pay - Item not received still -Worst way of dealing

Hi All

I have made payment thru paisa pay for the item 280046410392. 1500/- its been charged in my credit card. Still not receivd the shipment yet. Several mail i have sent to he seller, he never responds.

I hope paisa pay will act on this, and get me the product or give me the refund.

I have bought 2 cameras by the ID bibaamarjeet and have faxed the credit card zerox also the very next day. but still as per my seller, they have net recived any payment confermation.
I think this ccredit card process, your team is not able to track it well. for precautions i have also put item code on them.
Please do the needful as i wanted the cameras soon. it is already late. item code is 330103290267 and 250099562639
