Thanks for emailing me with shipping details of product etc. On all communication, the PaisaPay ID is always mentioned. No issue there. I make more than 1 transactions of different items form a single seller sometime or more than one purchase from different sellers on a single day there are some suggestions.
1) Seller ships two or more items transacted from the seller in one shipment but marks only one item as shipped. That creates an issue to mark the other items received as delivered.
2) All communication from PaisaPay are identified by the ID. Would be nice if you would add the item name as it gives a clear idea what is shipped instead of trying to remember the ID of every item transacted / bought.
