Paisapay Unprofessional and Too Slow

dear paisapay staff,
a buye paid me on 7th march through credit card for item nos 6257619411 and 6260165790 .From 7th itself ..u people r processing these payments,tdy its 13th march and still no news from ur side..
its already 6 days the buyer has paid me...and whats the use of paying through fastest mode( as mentioned in ur logo) ...when u people have to work like tortoise?
either approve it or disapprove it ...so that buyer doesnt gets irritated any more..

Dear Amit,
You should contact ebay throught live chat 4 days after receiving such a payment. They will tell you the correct problem and solution. Also people in live chat are friendly and will try to solve your problem completely. It is useless to write a email to paisapay team.

Dear Amit,

You are not one and only seller who face this problem. Same things happened with me too. A buyer paid me on 7th March but till date paisapay support team (!!!!) pending payment for proccess. I had already wrote thru email to paisapay staff on 10th march but didn't got any answer.

So, don't Worry, have patience.

I paid aksons 2450 by PaisaPay yesterday 21st. Although my bank SBI says the payment is processed and transaction recorded in my credit card account with them, Paisa Pay shows the transaction as pending. Moreover, there is no communication from PaisaPay at all other than an automated email in response to my query.

The seller wont ship until Paisapay clears payment.

Suppose it was a life saving drug or medical gadget purchased in dire need and Paisa Pay simply blocks the sale claiming that payment being processe??????
