PaisaPay remittance transfer failed

I got a email regarding my money could not be transferred to my bank account due to the following reason: ACCOUNT DOES NOT EXIST

I checked to ebay PaisaPay customer services , they said it can be transfer to my Hong Kong HSBC account even i did not have india bank accout , but it failure , how can i get the money ? What is the special setting and any extra handling charge if transfer to oversea bank account ?

my reply was delete by ebay... but they have not help me to solve the problem.

You said PaisaPay can transfer to oversea bank account that's why i accept this payment method from Indian buyer , but after failure , you said it need indian bank account only ?
How can i sell the goods to India again ? NEVER !
You cheated my money now and hold in PaisaPay. Pls help to transfer to my HK HSBC account !

X-(Any menthod to transfer money to HK HSBC bank account ?
Anyone help ? eBay customer said it is work before.
Now my money hold in PaisaPay , i need it urgently.
