Hey everyone,
I HAVE STOPPED USING PAISAPAY SINCE THE LAST BAD EXPERIENCE DUE TO THEM (THE PAISAPAY STAFF) ABOUT 3 MONTHS BACK.
So, just the kind of experience that I needed. A few days back my PayPal account was put under 'Limited Access' and the same was notified to me via email.
I was requested to fax a couple of documents to their international fax number. I did the same; 3 days later I got a mail confirming the receipt of documents but some problem; so needed to fax again. I did the same and 2 days later I got the mail "Account Access fully Restored". GOOD NEWS!!
What could I make of all this:
PayPal communication was PROMPT and EXCELLENT; even when they didn't receive what they asked for, they were surely reminding me.
COMPARE THIS TO THE PAISAPAY TEAM'S COMMUNICATION:
A few months back, my PaisaPay weekly payment was put on hold; I came to know the same after 8 days and that too when I myself sent a mail to the Customer Service.
I was then asked to fax PODs (short for Proof Of Delivery) for the shipments sent in this period. The terminology used was stereo-type and surely not easy to understand; the restoration took almost a month, thanks to the unfriendly emails from PaisaPay.
OVERALL I THINK, PAISAPAY IS A BIG FLOP, THANKS TO THE OUTRAGEOUSLY PATHETIC LACK OF UNDERSTANDING OF THE NO-GOOD PAISAPAY TEAM.
:(
Hope for the best
