Recently we have been receiving lot of issues and queries regarding PaisaPay from our community members. On behalf of the PaisaPay team I will like to provide some clarifications:
Paisa Pay Payments showing Pending Status: We are having some difficulty with HDFC payments, which is why they are showing in pending status. We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible, and will keep the community updated on any developments.
PaisaPay Logo not showing: In the new Sell Form, the sellers have the option of choosing the listings in which he wants to offer PaisaPay. If you are not able to see PaisaPay logo in some of your listings, then probably you have not tick marked that option while filling up your sell form. We will request you to check this on your listings, and if still there are problems, please let us know with the relevant details, so that we can investigate the problem further. To contact the Customer Helpdesk, please visit:

PaisaPay Support Contact: To contact PaisaPay support the users can use the PaisaPay link in the Contact Us Wizard.
In Top Box, you will need to select "Ask about Bidding and Buying", in 2nd Box, the 7th item is PaisaPay, and in the 3rd Box you can choose the relevant problem.
Payments Cycle of PaisaPay: For all, the Baazee related transactions, the Payments cycle will be of 15 days. However, for all eBay related transactions, the Payments cycle will be of 7 days.
Safety with Paisapay: PaisaPay uses payment gateway provided by leading banks like ICICI, HDFC, Citibank, etc, which offers most secure internet banking mechanism. In addition we also have Verisign 128 bit encryption, which ensures that all your sensitive information is encrypted. We would like to inform that the online bank payment issue has been successfully sorted out.
The status of the transactions for which we have received the payment has been changed to "Paid".
Once again regret the inconvenience caused.

I still believe that the issue related to Paisa Pay is still there. This is a serious concern. The money can't be invisible for so many days.
# The money goes instantly from my bank account and Paisa Pay says they haven't received for 6 days. In that case where was the money for 6 days?
# Who is enjoying the interest on the amount for 6 days? If I calculate the interest for the entire transaction for 6 days its a huge money.
# If the problem is a known issue then why we don't see any warning under the name of Paisa Pay payment?
# Why eBay is using such a provider?
I feel this is legally wrong. This even creates a space of disbelieve among the seller and the buyer. Why?
Thanks,

I have made a payment through my HDFC credit card the status come "Payment pending through paypaisa" I don't know whats the problem how long does it take to process a payment, And what the use of paying through a credit card If you have to wait that long, I stay in pune the seller is in mumbai, I would be faster if I drove down to mumbai and picked up the item myself, When ebay took over baazee I though the process would become more refined but it just has become more complicated, I don't know why the ebay official are not looking into this problem, It just has bought disbelieve in ebay.in, I was thinking of buying more products online but now I think I should not, It just add to the daily tension (Did the payment go through or not), I just keep on checking "My Ebay" this waste a lot of my time, I think the end person who is loosing out is the seller and the buyer. I even had problem with the gateway before was trying to pay for a hard disk it just kept on giving a error so I gave up and bought it from here in pune using the same credit card. I don't think a payment gateway should function this way. Anyways I'll be waiting response from paypaisa with their excuses.

You said: I understand that some of you are facing issues with your PaisaPay transaction.
My Reply: No you don't understand. You know why? Because it is not your money on the line here.
You said: However, the best way to get a clarification is to write to us using the webform.
My Reply: Please understand that the reason that we are writing in this forum, because the webform that you mentioned JUST DOES NOT GIVE ANY RESULTS.
You said: Your email enables our Customer Helpdesk to get back in a timely manner.
My Reply: Don't even get me started on your Customer Helpdesk who are only proficient at copy-pasting answers from templates to standard questions. Ask them something different and they have no answer.
You said: I hope you are aware of the way to get in touch with us for your PaisaPay related queries.
My Reply: That way does not work. We need answers to our problems. And we need to see our problems getting solved.
You said: However, if you feel that your emails are answered inapropriately, please feel free to give in your suggestions here.
My Reply: GIVE US A CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER THAT WE CAN CALL UP. And I am sure you won't do that - because you won't be able to handle the number of calls from disgruntled customers.
In conclusion, there are a couple of points that were brought up in this forum that I believe needs addressing from PaisaPay.
1. Why does the payment gateway take six days? The money is removed from the account in 10 seconds flat. What happens to the money during six days.
2. If you consider all the transactions happening in a day, there is a huge money lying stagnant for a week. Who is paying us interest on this? Or is this a method to enjoy interest free money??
See Prashant, what you need to do is to READ what people are saying here and then REPLY ACCORDINGLY.
Regards,
Thomas
