Paisa pay delay

The seller Sankalpworld has not received the payment from paisapay for Item no: 190010618846 yet.which amount is debited from my account since 5-6 days.what is the matter?

Hi mantry_associates,

PaisaPay transactions usually take around 24- 48 hours to process. Once the payment made is processes and confirmed, the amount is credited to the seller's PaisaPay account.

However if the seller still does not seem to have received the amount, then you may write to Customer Support via the "Contact Us" link on the help pages.

Once you are on the "Contact Us" page, follow the below mentioned steps:

1.Click on PaisaPay.
2.On the next page, click on "Buying With PaisaPay" and then choose "Other PaisaPay Queries".
3.Then after you have clicked on the "Continue" button on the next page click on the link for "Email".
