Paisa Pay remittance Has been Put On Hold Reason - Other

HI My Paisa Pay remittance has been put on hold and reason mentioned in pannel is "Others".

When I called eBay customer case they mentioned that team paisa pay is conducting review for old sellers and it will take 4-5 days to be done. It is true? Any one else facing same issue??

Right now I got email from them

I enquired in customer care. They are saying they are doing periodical review for every seller. So this is for every seller

First i called at 9 :30 they said same
now am calling again to cinfirm and its on hold from last 1 and half hrs

it means they are havying heavy trafic due to the same issue today and are giving same reverts to all

even the remmitace relised on 24th no. i didnot received yet
they said some tecnical issue with systems and thats the reason all remitace in entire ebay han been put on hold

Same with me, they put my account on hold on 27 and told me that it will take 48 to 72 hours to complete their perioditical review and hold will be removed automatically. today again when i call them i received the same answer, again 72 hours to resolve this issue.

i am feeling unsecure and I am not sure what they are doing at back end. I doubt when it will restore the system. I can't block my money without any logical reason reason. i am going to stop selling and will resume once remittacne hold remove.

When I talked to paisapay team they asked for Bank Statement.

Have you wrote any mail too for this issue. If yes please provide the mail id.
