When I bought an item for an amount of Rs.1170/- through paisa pay online bank transfer I received a payment pending status but the amount was debited from my bank account. When I contacted paisa pay customer support I received a mail stating that it would take 24 to 48 hrs for receiving the confirmation from the bank.
Earlier when I used to pay through paisa pay I immediately used to receive the confirmation status. Is everything changed now that even for any product valued for Rs.1000/- it has to go through verification process?
Usually paisa pay is used for fast shipment of the product from sellers but if we are not going to get any confirmation for 48 hrs or more there is no point in using paisa pay.
