I received a shocking mail from Paisa Pay today
Buyer ID Transaction Date Notes Service Fee Amount
An amount of Rs 43000+ has been blocked by them for no reason !!

payment cycle of 3rd October.
I wish to inform you that currently your payment is on hold with us and
hence for us to review your account, we require the following documents:
1. Proof of Delivery
2. Proof of Identity
You may scan and email us the copy of Proof of Delivery (POD) at
paisapaycb@ebay.com or fax us at 91 22 66690004. Please do mention your
PaisaPay ID eBay User ID and on the same for us to trace your details.
We await your response on this within next 48 hours.

I haveno disputes nor any complaints from buyers ...
Same with me, they blocked an amount of Rs. 7334/- of mine with the same problem, even they have not sent a mail, I came to know anout it through online chat.
Are these eople nuts? really becomes helpless at times, now my vendors payments are on hold for no reason.
Can you please provide me with the procedure so that I can also lodge a complaint with RBI, as I will not let this go just as it is. And even I will collect the interest for the days to be accounted on hold.
Even they have made a hold on my payment of Rs. 303.80.
Can anyone tell me what to do, I am helpless, they want POD, but all knows POD can only be received after 15-20 days of dispatch of the consignment. But these people are deaf and dumb and only want POD. Really shocking
and send them a mail. ALso send them the same content in Writing at

Its not a matter of Rs 300 but attitude. I know clearly whats going on inside PaisaPay but this is no way of treating sellers on the site.
I provided them Bluedart online tracking info for all parcels which have been delivered, Still no response since 3 days. In their mail they asked me to provide the details in 48Hrs, I did so in 12 hrs, now since 76hrs they are silent.
Remember, even PaisaPay provides the same Bluedart tracking nos when we want to get info on their Cheques sent to us!!
Moreover they havent even bothered to reply to this post
I received a mail form Paisa PAy that they have released the payment. But i will still insist that there should be better justice and all verification should be completed before registering a seller.
