I ALSO FACED THIS PROBLEM OF PAISAPAY CHARGE BACK 3 MONTHS AFTER DISPATCH.BUT AFTER FAXING THE PROOF OF DELIVERY, CHARGE BACK WAS REVERSED.YOU SHOULD KEEP ALL YOUR SHIPPING PROOFS CAREFULLY FOR AT LEAST 1 YEAR.
ALSO INSIST YOUR COURIER COMPANY FOR POD(PROOF OF DELIVERY) RECEIPT.
I was also frustrated by the charge back incident but now I feel it is safe for sellers also.Finally justice has been done by Paise pay department.Thanks paise pay.
