I am struggling to process my refund via Ebay, I had purchase one time for which I received damaged item and when I called back to the seller he said I have to speak to ebay team and had a word with ebay team he said that they will send me coupon of 110% of amount which I bought throuch ebay. I had opened a case in EBAY case claim number is ***, post which I have called thrice to the customer service toll free but everytime I receive a same answer that I will receive my coupon throught email in next 48 hrs and the refund will be processed, I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and same was not expected by EBAY that such a big company and the processes are so weak that it takes 12 days to process the refund.
This means when I purchase from ebay i have to be prepared and take out time to fight with ebay, today also I have purchased one more item and I think I have done a mistake by relying on ebay processes.
Hope someone will hear and reply to me which is pending since so long.

I had opened a case in EBAY case reference number is 489447,post which I got call from ebay customer service and executive closed my case saying we will refund you 110% of your order amount due to inconvenience caused.
The claim was closed dated 14th May for item which was purchased in April. I followed up thrice to check my refund status but every time consumer desk parson responds that we are running short of coupons and you are in our priority list for refund. When I insisted them to refund my money instead on coupon from very first call, they said it is not inline with our policy.
I am not sure now what should I do to get my money back. Hope someone will hear and reply to me. Thanks

Arpita I totally agree with you and I think our case is similar in nature. I am clueless and now they have closed my case without giving me refund and from that day onwards I try to stop all my office colleague not to buy anything from eBay. I have posted everywhere in social media so that I can atleast stop 5 people in a month by getting cheated from these people that will be great.
I have never heard from them after posting here too. Arpita you can always give me a call and togther we can try to get refund ASAP.

For the past 18 days, I'm struggling to conatct ebay, to get the coupon, for my claim. They told "110% of item value coupon will be sent with in 10 days". I got email regarding this, immediately, I raised the claim. I accepted for coupon. Then they closed the claim. Till today, no response to my phone and email. ebay is a "BEGGER THIEF", by stealing others money in this cheating way.
Very Worst. Please, don't buy any thing through ebay!
