I had orderd an item "Gorgeous Black and Red Party Wear Kurt free size 40" on 15-Sep-14 but which item i received that was not the same which i was orderd. Then raise a claim on 22 Sept 2014 and tried to talked to Seller *** but she picked call and always said " Wrong number " After making many call and raising claim finally she talked to on the Same number ( ***) she said " You courier me that received item I will send you other. But when i talked on 10 Sept 2014 she said that still she has not received that item but when i Track that courier ( First Flight - *** ) it was delivered on 30 Sept at 5:30 PM . and always creating pressure on me that you cancle your claim and convert Negative feedback in positiv. How can i do this now i have nothing Neither my ordered item nor refund. and when i talked in Ebay customer care the said your claim has closed. Still i have the same problem i got nothing only trouble and mental problem with Ebay. How can i dare to buy other items on Ebay I will never buy here again. So do any action in right way ...
