Hi,
I bot a Canon Digital Camera from 9charms. Till date the product is not delivered. The payment is made through credit card (paisepay). When dispute is raised ebay says it is resolved. When another dispute raised the seller-9charms says ebay has not authorised the payment.
I unable to understand whom to approach now. There is no contact details -telephonic/ mobile numbers to approach either ebay team or the seller 9charms team.
I am totally confused about the transaction.
NOW I WANT TO CANCEL THE PURCHASE OF THIS PRODUCT. SINCE I HAVE ALREADY GIVEN THE PAYMENT DETAILS LIKE Credit Card Number, Amount etc. I really worry about the payment.
WHAT IS THE WAY OUT. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME I WOULD BE GRATEFUL TO THEM.
