I raised a refund with Ebay because the speakers delivered was a faulty one. I received a mail from Ebay with the subject line "your claim for refund has been resolved" and the message of the email was a regret that refund was not accepted. What an absurd email subject and the message that goes on with it. Ebay says it has been resolved whereas my problem has not been solved. the worst ever experience with Ebay after being an active buyer for years. I am so dissappointed with this experience that I dont think I will shop with Ebay again. It is much better to shop with Amazon and the refunds are also much faster if customer are not satisfied with the item delivered unlike Ebay.
