Hi,
I had orderd a milton water jug of 7600ml in Oct'14 and received it damaged . I filed a claim too (no. 730223) and since then there have been many actions assigned to me (for no fault of mine) and now ebay expects me to ship it back. It is a big item for which I need to pay significantly to courier company and I am not sure whether ebay will refund me the shipping charges and most importantly if they will replace it or refund for it , since thier response time is very poor.
Also there have been no single call from them and only mails with deadline arrive for my actions . I have tried several times to get in touch with customer care , but everytime there is a big waiting time. Can someone suggest what can be done , any contact number of some senior customer care executive ????

HI.. did you got refund or replacement of your product ??? Becoz i ordered a tv they have sent a broken damaged one i have raised a complaint on it. Customer care is really very poor they said 5 working days we will call you !!
