I had not violated any rules....but stil here goes again....
For the past 20 days ima fighting a lonely battle to get my money for paisapay
which legally bellongs to me as :-
1) The payment is charged to buyers
2) The payment confirmation was given by paisapay.
3) I have dispatched the product.
Now the money is stuck with paisapay as For the following paisapay id

17528138267
17503457997
It says Item deleted or archived - Payment on hold,
For the past 20 days, no voluntary message by paispay till date, When I
contact the chat I get a lausy mail which has no meaning for example This one:

Your concerns are important to me and I am happy to be able to assist
you at this time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
On checking our records, I have noticed that your item are removed from

This message was sent 13 day later I raised the issue !! That too from
customer support not paisapay
The paisapay is not doing a charity we pay 4% to do the Job, At least have some
courtesy to mail and tell me what is happening !!!
If this is not resolved I am shifting to Paypal

Iam shocked to hear the
response from ebay Chat !!!
I cannot believe the response they
gave me !!!
Today like every day I contacted ebay
Chat Help to find out the resolution, even till today I have not recieved a
single voluntary mail from paisapay Ok,
The ebay Chat representative told
me that paisapay had taken descision and the Money is being returned to buyers
!! Even after I have sent many messages to paisapay stating I have dispatched
the products !
I have the POD !
The chat representative tells me I
have call buyers and ask for either the money or the product back !!!!! What
kind of system is this ??

through the system. however, the listing are count to violate anything would get
pull down, this would take a while when the Trust and Safety team has reviewed
the listing.

the payment would be sent back to buyer WHY WASNT THE SELLER SENT A MAIL ???

this is frightening.
ebay members, especially sellers who are paying all the fees, and becuase of whom ebay is doing business in India should see seller's interest too! I have also had bad experience on this site. But your's is really scary!
Even if a seller is suspended or restricted he/she should not face financial losses,this should be taken care of!
And is there a place where a seller can file for compensation? Will it be feasible to go to court(consumer court)?
