Money not recieved byPaisaPay

Hi Guys,
I need to get a cheque from paisa pay.When i check my account it said that it has sent the cheque on 22 nov,but till now i have not got my money....it said that i will get money within 3-5 working days but till now i have not got it .How should i complaint to paisa pay. Plz help
