I recently made a purchase of 40,000,and I got a message on my phone from my bank the moment I made the purchase saying that 40k has been deducted from my account but 2 days later I get an email from ebay saying that my paisa pay transaction has failed and that my card has not been charged.I was upset so I firstly waited a few days,contaced my local branch manager,he said that indeed there is no transaction made but still 40k have been deducted.He told me to contact ebay so I did just that.I mailed a support ticket to ebay describing the issue but that was 4 days ago.Still no reply.I am really getting furious now.First they say that my card has not been charged and then they don't even reply to me.
