I have booked a plasma tv and wants to give a present to my mom and dad i am already a paypal user in Uk and just opened this a/c to buy gadgets in india. Now my problem is i have given my details of my card but the transaction is pending and they are asking for authorisation.Now sitting in uk how can i give the authorisation.Just wanted to give a present to my mom and dad but this seems to me very complicated please help me.
