I did not get refund in form of eBay coupon. it has been more than 20 days

you were supposed to approve refund request in form of eBay coupon. I should receive a coupon of 110% of item value.But i didn't get it till now..its been more than 20 working days.. Same happend with me. First they provided a deffective item and when I raise a claim they told me that they will give me 110% of actual item price as a refund. 15 days till now. They now not even replying my emails. Its totaly an scam. Ebay is not safe to buy. Avoid buying from ebay.
