Hello everyone,
This is with regards to a first time purchase in India using Paisapay. I paid for a phone on Friday and I sent the supporting documents via email. However, it is Sunday and my payment has not been confirmed yet, which means the seller can't ship it either. Do I just need to be patient or is there something wrong?
I understand it's the weekend and that it's Eid but if that's the cause of the delay it would be nice to know as I am leaving India soon and it would really help if I could receive my purchase before I leave.
After finding this forum, I'm growing increasingly concerned because it seems that this delay has become a significant issue for many customers. I hope things don't go that far as it would be very inconvenient to try to get my money back from Paisapay. It's a lot of wasted time and energy.
Any advice would be appreciated, thank you.
