How can I solve You PaisaPay credit card transaction cannot be completed.?

I tried to pay item by pasiapay about INR127100.
but i can't pay that.
Only I could see
"You PaisaPay credit card transaction cannot be completed."
I'm out of india.(south korea)
And my credit card is visa
I have written all correct information.
I can't use India bank and City bank deposit card.
I asked to my credit card company about the limit to protect user. But today is korean holliday. 😞
Please let me know how to solve this problem

I have bought 2 cameras by the ID bibaamarjeet and have faxed the credit card zerox also the very next day. but still as per my seller, they have net recived any payment confermation.
I think this ccredit card process, your team is not able to track it well. for precautions i have also put item code on them.
Please do the needful as i wanted the cameras soon. it is already late. item code is 330103290267 and 250099562639

Mine is a similar case. I also booked a digicam, made the payment immediately and also faxed the credit card copies. Its been almost 8 days there is no response. I then wrote a mail to Ebay customer support and they took another 2 days to reply back telling me that I could not be reached on my cell number and asked for any alternate contact info. I supplied almost my entire familiy's contact. Its again been 3 days since then and there has been no action. I could not even get Ebay / paisapay contact number. Its hopeless service. I seriously want to revert back my transaction. Is there a way I can do that? This is getting on my nerves.
