I got cheated by this seller called riteshrajpoot who had an item with id 281216619173. It was a used S4 for 25000/-. He shipped me broken plastic parts. I have raised a claim id 348020. Paisa pay should not allow clearing this transaction. This guy is a frausdter. Need help and suggestions.
