Fraudulent seller-Kindly help

 Iam a respected and reputed medical doctor, practicing in Hyderabad. I made the mistake of purchasing my samsung Note 3 from a seller with no prior ratings.He has duped me from the very beginning. When he delayed, I personally tried to contact him asking him for a refund, he did not respond.I asked ebay for a refund but you guys said you could do nothing until you have given 5+7 days for the seller to ship. The DTDC courier never came/There was no valid tracking ID but I dont understand how ebay believes that the seller has infact/indeed shipped the item. My money of 42750 Rs which is by no means a small amount is stuck for 17 days and now the way ebay/paisa pay is handling it is worrying me very much. Where is the buyer protection plan?Should I take the help of local judice/police to get him arrested?I do have the phone number of the fraudulent seller.i thoroughly believed ebay is a site where there is safety for money. Please EXPEDITE your investigation and help me get my money back. I am Dr.Dilip Gude, A physician(General medicine). You can verify the authenticity of me and my claim.It is unpardonable to let buyers tremble with the fear of losing their hard-earned money to such fraudulent transactions. My address has always been genuine and you can send your representative to verify. I have emailed, called and chatted relentlessly with the fear of losing my money from 10th october.I hope you have my chat transcripts preserved on this issue.Please dont make ebay, one of world's reputed online merchandise site, be such ground for shameless frauds.

hello sir,

i'm a buyer frm this site having the same experience.  i did my purchase on 29th sept and in my status it shows delivered to me on 9th oct , but till  now i havent rcd the item... how come such a status r showed if u didnt shipped it properly or didnt delivered in time.. its natural for buyers to get worried.. we already paid the money.. if  seller have any worries regarding the shipment due to holidays.. they can mail the buyer.

but sorry to say very dull response frm seller and customer support also...in my case almost one month is  passing.. no action from seller nd e guarantee... i mailed, called the seller several times.. but no proper reply ... customer service like wait for nxt 24 hours nd till now this nxt 24 hrs didnt come .. sorry to say!
