Five days and still clueless about the status of payment made.

I have made a payment of Rs. 1075.00 against Order no. 2961175 to seller Soma33123 on 24.03.2005 evening thru Paisa pay HDFC Bank (Ref no. 32400225). In this case my bank account has been debited but it seems that the payment has not reached the sellers account.
I have already written to Community board on this very platform but they have not bothered to reply.The Community Board at Buying have redirected me to another forum but that is also of no help.In the process I am standing clueless for what to do? If this is going to be the service at the onset what can be said for later. I can only hope that somebody takes a quick and appropriate action and confirms the receipt to me

I am facing the same problem.

Your customer support (Sapana) has not provided a satisfactory answer to what is a very serious issue.

Give me a telephone number and address where I can meet with your personnel to sort this issue out. I am willing to take out time to explain the nature and seriousness of this problem.

Paisapay is your payment gateway, and if there is a single bug in this, it should be taken offline until the problems are fixed.
