Hello,this is regarding issue concerned with purchase of item "eBay item number:371416390438" which i tried to purchase via ebay mobile app on 27/05/16 around 12 pm. After applying discount coupon my total for the purchase was Rs845. Payment was done via Debit card mode.Even though money was deducted from my bank account,the purchase was failure. Here is the bank transaction message for the purchase "Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 519XX0000 for a purchase worth Rs845 on POS 470000000002960 at EBAY INDIA PAISA PAY txn# 803860." I have raised the issue 4 days back but there is no response from the ebay customer service team. This is the worst support I have experienced compare to other online retailers. I presume ebay.in is least bothered about customer grievances. Also i guess only option left to get back my money is consumer court.
