27 days since order 18 days since I filed the claim for refund due to failed delivery, not even a returned item.16 days until I got an update from claim adjuster. Brilliantly 2 days later he 'accidently' closes the claim (oh ya he doesn't care not his money). Called ebay about 7 times, fired 3 emails which was absolute waste of time because all they say is wait for 5 days for the claim adjuster to call (which never happened instead he silently closes the claim ๐ wow)
By far the my worst experience of online purchasing and slowest customer service.. Hope someone takes a look at what's happening in the inside.
