Dear Team,
I purchased Nexus 5 Mobile from Ebay & returned as Mobile not delivered as described on 17th Aug.
My Claim approved on 30th Aug,14 for Claim Id-605157 & promised that within 15 working days , DD will be delivered at Residential Address.
Im continuous following up with Ebay Customer Care , Waiting for long time to get connected but no response.
Talked to Manager- Nikita on 7th Oct & SR no.-1-35687197390. She confirmed that she will follow up the case till closure but again no response.
Mail sent to Grievance Officer & got complaint id- 010924 on 13th Oct. They confirmed response within 48 hrs but no response.
Ebay is saying my DD is ready & given DD No.-3314763 . DD ready for last 15 days but not sending through courier.
Kindly get the concern escalated to Higher level.
