I won an item on the 06-Mar and the only payment method was paisapay (over £350) payment taken from my card on the 08-march.
Seller contacted me to state he hasnt had the payment after I chased for goods, I contacted paisapay got the normal you need to contact the seller (he got no intent of sending the goods as 3 times he stated that they are on the way)
As the seller is in India and they seem to be in India and wont tell me where the payment currently is, I have no choice but to report the matter to my credit card fraud dept and the local poice cyber crime unit.
Maybe I should contact watchdog so someone from ebay/paypal/paisapay can appear and explain.
Its simple my card charged, seller doesnt get money, then paisapay have it. I can get £125 back via the payment protection so lose £225 if you do this to enough people then its a good little earner
