Sir/Madam, I have purchased an item 10W (9-12V DC) Operated Shockproof & Weatherproof Flood Light" (301105247540) on 06-May-14. Still now I have not received the item. I have also applied for refund of Claim ID : 505217 PaisaPay ID : 36282415500. Still now no process has been made for the refund. Kindly refund it. I ebay site it is marked as received.
