Buyer Paid through PaisaPay but Not recived the amount!

Hi, sivam.mg (buyer) has ordered our item (7159455916)and have sent a mail to me that he has paid Rs.650 through PaisaPay. But I didn't found them in PaisaPay, I checked both current and pending. Also the buyer has marked payment sent and he is asking the product soon.

Sivan.Mg has no ratings and I am smelling of a Fraud. I have also requested him to give me the paisapay Id.

Kindly do look at this matter.

i have buy a item no 6772540846 from e bay but they demanded the payment twice becouse they said me thait the payment i have given is less tnen the price so i have paid the amount again by paisa pay. but they do not given me a first transection back or deducted in second transection. i dont know what should i do until i receve my gods.

For buyers

then scroll down in box 2 and and select "PaisaPay Transactions"

Select the appropriate query and press "Continue". Click on "Email" in the next page to email us.

Thanks Sapna, I got the amount and the Buyer is a very good person. There was some problem - Tecnical Error in the PaisaPay.
