Big problem on paisapay, need quick help

Hi,
I bought a Ti-83 calculator which i needed for school. I am in India for my holidays and i had to buy this before my school started. I am leaving India in 3 days. I ordered the item on Friday and paid for it via credit card in paisa pay. It told me to send a fax of my cc to a specific number. I already sent the fax and my item was supposed to get here on the 20th of august. Now its the 21 of august and still on item has been received. I am leaving India on Thursday evening and my money has been stolen. I havent received my item and now the payment status still says payment pending(ID:something via paisa pay). It also says payment was sent on Friday August 18.
Is there a quick solution to this as I am in great quick need of my calculator before I leave because where i live it is not available.

Please can someone help me, and hopefully ebay wont waste my money.

@amantikloo - Better mail paisa pay for a refund and forget the sale. Contact your seller and inform him about the matter !

Hello bray6167,

The PaisaPay Account link will be visible in your My eBay account, if you have logged in your eBay account from the eBay India site. i.e. www.ebay.in.

So if you are registered on any other eBay site like eBay.com, then login to your eBay account from the eBay USA site. i.e. www.ebay.com and you would not be able to view the PaisaPay account link, instead the "PayPal Account" link would be visible.
