I purchsed Item No. 320013620730 and paid the amount immediately through "paisapay-online bank transfer (ICICI Bank)" on 08.08.06.
However in my one of the case as referred above, after completion of the transaction when the page automatically gets redirected from Banks' site to ebay's site there was a message "paise pay is temporarily unavailable, please try after some time".
Due to this the confirmation to MyEbay Account could not been made. But I have checked my bank's account and it shows that amount has already been deducted and my transaction ID is 000020442767 confirmed by ICICI bank. Also I have contacted seller for confirming about the receipt of payment but seller also did not received the payment. What to do now????
Earlier to this posting I have posted general message for Join Open House Chat Session scheduled on 25th Aug.
Kindly tell me how this problem shall be resolved. What action from my end is to be taken further??

I request all such Sellers to wait for some period if buyers says that the payment has been made through paisapay. It is obvious that you have nothing to loose till you dispatch the item but but any buyer who has paid the amount through paisapay and the payment is not received by Ebay has already loose its own hard earned money. So Sellers keep some patience and kindly cooperate with Buyers who has faced such problem and don't go for any dispute console immediately
