I purchased two casio watches a month before but seller didn't deliver the watches, they told me they will refund the amount within 8 days but after a 15 days ebay or the seller didn't refund the amount also.
Its my request to you please refund the amount as early as possible.
I also raised the claim before but you closed the claim by telling me the amount will reflect in your account within 6 to 8 days but its been a 12 days i didn't receive the refund.
