Dear Sir

I had purchased one MENS IRON MAN MARK 42 HELMET on 23 Dec.2014 ( item :191240539931 transaction: 1084392738009) & my tracking no. is LN211568022US but I have not received it as yet.

Kindly let me know the status of my purchased item as I m eagerly waiting for it. Hope you will help me by delivering it to me as soon as possible to maintain my trust on ebay.

You have posted your complaint in a forum meant for interaction among members. In all probability, the message you have posted here will not be seen by the seller from whom you have purchased the item.

1) You have the tracking number and name of the courier with you. Did you track the movement of the item in the couries web site.? What does it show.?

 2)You send a mail to the seller detailing your grieveances. If the item is not traceable in the couriers web site, your seller can take up the matter with the courier because the consignment was booked by the seller.
