Ebay is very bad online shoping site.. product deliver after 10 day with defective. & after request for refund/ replacement. Not get any response after 1 week. there is no any customer care support. only one phone is there.. & avery time it's say "all customer are busy with other member & your wating time is 40 min, 50, 75 min etc."

I understand and I too have gone through the call hold time of 30+ minutes.
Generally there are sellers on ebay who ship items to buyers ebay only facilitates a platform.
What sellers are selling is not controlled by ebay.
If you have received a defective item you you can claim a refund.
Please follow them on email you will be heard for sure.
