wrong courier chosen by buyer

i loaded a product on bazee as now bazee changed to ebay .

some bought a product with local courier charges . i am from delhi and the buyer is from mumbai . i dont know what to do . the shipping charges for delhi was 75rs and outside delhi was 150 rs . and ebay given me order out side delhi with courier charges for delhi ..

Dear siyaninfosys and other sellers,

Buyers have to select the shipping option themselves while buying the item. So a buyer from Mumbai can, mistakenly, select local courier option while purchasing an item from a Delhi based seller.

We would request you and all sellers to clearly mention in the item description / payment details that buyers outside of the city you are in have to pay national courier charges Warm Regards

Just email the buyer to ask him if he wants the item to be sent to an address in India and if not, to pay the international shipping as shown in the item description or let you know if he prefers to cancel the transaction. If he cancels it, report to ebay that you and the buyer agreed to cancel the transaction (to get your listing fees returned).

Dear Sapna,

This is something really not good in eBay India. In old baazee it was automatic. no buyer could select wrong shipping method while completing the order details. What this can not be impemented in new eBay India. It is a very smart and important feature. Why was it removed 😞
