i am new on ebay and want to sell international i find that all seller on ebay.com using paypal and i have paypal account but i am unverfied in it , and in verification they ask for credit card , can it be possible to be verified without credit card ?

Another thing if i am unverified can i withdraw money from my paypal account ? i know there is a limit of 2500 $ .

Here at eBay.in, I suggest you can pay or get payment by PaisaPay (which accepts all major credit cards & online bank transfer).

PaisaPay is the best at India.

On your question regarding Paypal,
You can withdraw your money but a limit of $500 per month. If you are verified, you can withdraw any amount per month.

A charge of $5.00 USD will be charged per withdraw. ---------------

Its true that most people prefer Paypal at ebay.com

But they can also pay to Indian Sellers through Paisapay via Credit card.

As far as Paypal verification is concerned ....you do need a Credit Card.

I would also like to mention that for India, the withdrawal limit is US$ 2,500.
