threatening email from esee-shopping on fake ipod

first of all the seller esee-shopping has sold me a fake ipod which is not
original. Item number: 320017104441 it is a replica of the original ipod



when i gave him negative feedback to esee-shopping he sent me a mail which is
very thratening and chalenges me to court. can i go to court and take ebay and
apple on my side as it is duplicate ipod.

Dude the seller has clearly mentioned int he TITLE that its not an Original Apple Ipod.

After buying the product at a cheap rate you try to arm-twist the seller by a feedback without consulting or mailing him ... then come to the community boards to complain ..?? Superstores_Tech
