selling internationally HELP!1!

i'm trying to sellsome stuff internationally,as ebay india doesn't have the paypal feature,i cannot activate the paypal icon to appear in other international sites,my question is,if its possible to accept paypal,even though it is not listed(but i did write i accepted paypal in the discription of the item,thanks.

Please go to eBay UK and login to paypal website.That is most friendly.You need only your email id to create account.List in ebay US.Cheapest of the lot.Internatinal listing only .03$ including gallery.Here they take 15INR +0.25INR.You'll not get PPal in indian listing.OK.Best wishes.Sorry eBay india for telling the truth.But I love eBay India.
