i need to open a paypal account since apparently the seller whose merchandise im purchasing omly accepts by paypal! the problem is that i dont have a credit card. I only have an account in the central bank. is it possible to open a paypal account from my bank account? please help. thanks:-)

im not a businessman, im just a customer and i only need to send money. Not recieve or withdraw.

NO, you cannot open a PayPal account from your bank account. If you have an account with HDFC Bank, ICICI or CitiBank then you can get a virtual Credit Card online from your bank account and then use it at PayPal.
