hi can anyone help i have sold a item on ebay to sommeone in germany she won, i sent her a invoice she emailed me saying she had paid using paypal and gave me her postal address but the money is not in paypal account ebay says payment pending why is this thanks natalie

Dear natalie,

When ever you receive payment in the Paypal acccount tou get an intimation from Paypal. In case you haven't received the intimation then the best is to write back to your Buyer for first hand information.

Dear natalie,

I have thought of another thing as far as the payment is concerned .

Your buyer must have confused herself between Paisapay & Paypal.

She must have paid through Paisapay via Credit Card.

If your selling amount have been more then Rs.2000, it must have been considered a high value transaction and verification may take around 2-4 days.

That must be the reason why the system might be showung "Pending"

By this time I am sure your payment must have been cleared.
