need help- havent received my item from seller(usa)

hi

i bought something on ebay from a seller(usa)(im from India) on 6th june using my credit card..i contacted the seller 2 weeks back and told her i havent received it yet..its gonna be almost 3 months on sept 6th(today is aug 28th)

should i give up waiting endlessly for wat i ordered for and contact seller and say im gonna mark item as not yet received? should i contact ebay - is yes,how?? i either need my product or my money back-im really depressed- soemone please advise

If your seller has really sent, It possible the item got Stuck in Customs Department.

How did your seller sent the package? USPS or courier?

Hi,
You should have raised a dispute well in advance. In that case you could have got refund of your entire amount. Please check with eBay customer support if anything can be done now.
In future you should better raise a dispute if you do not receive the item within 45 days from purchase. .

she sent it by usps airmail parcel post on 7th june.i bought it on 6th june 2006..i did contact her yesterday and she said that it could be a delay in post and i would either get it or it would be returned to her.

its been so long now and i havent received it yet- u think i should wait a little longer,like say 2 more weeks? or should i call my credit card company and ask for chargeback?i used my credit card as i dont have a paypal account

by the way- the seller has 100% feedback.im really confused and dont know wat to do..

is there a way to contact customs? if yes,how? thanks so much for the help!
