I have purchased this item on june 29th and same day I paid the ampount rs 270/- thru my credit card.

Till today I (july 6th 2006)have not received the item from the seller. Ebay customer care executive given me the sellers phone no and this is also not working. Ebay keep on telling that we will give your money back but its not happening really. Now I dont know how to solve this, as ebay is big ocean and nowhaere i can get the ebay telephone no. They are wasting my time keep on writing mails.

Please tell me what I have to do now?

Hi frq50,

Sorry for the bad experience you had.

Let me first tell you what options you have:
-you ask seller to return your money back or send you the product. however, looks like in this case, it is not feasible

--You file for Item not received dispute via dispute console (on left side column of My eBay); Close the dispute and escalate the case to buyer protection. This process is slightly lengthy, but once you have provided all the required proofs, you get your money back

--File for a chargeback with your credit card company. Since you have paid via credit card, you ask your credit card comapny to reverse the payment. Most companies provide this protection to their users. This will be faster means of receiving money back.
