Let me first tell you what options you have:
-you ask seller to return your money back or send you the product. however, looks like in this case, it is not feasible
--You file for Item not received dispute via dispute console (on left side column of My eBay); Close the dispute and escalate the case to buyer protection. This process is slightly lengthy, but once you have provided all the required proofs, you get your money back
--File for a chargeback with your credit card company. Since you have paid via credit card, you ask your credit card comapny to reverse the payment. Most companies provide this protection to their users. This will be faster means of receiving money back.
