help me to short out the problem

I am new in ebay.recently ihave bought an item in ebay USA.but whenever I am trying to pay through my unverified paypal a/c it is asking for my debit/credit card information to make it verified.since my purchase amount is only $13 it can be paid through an unverified a/c,I think.I want to know how can i pay through my unverified a/c and if there is any other means other than paypal to send money to the seller in U.S.please help me.

You could go over to BidPay.com, pay them with your credit card, and they will send the seller a money order. Or you might try these links to sites that offer facilitation of auction payments.
