ebay fee on shipping charges

Hi,

I have some questions :

1)Does ebay charge its fee on shipping cost also?

2)If no, then how would it be calculated if I offer free shipping?(however, already included in item price)

Ebay charges are directly proportional to the value of the item sold. This should answer both your questions.

eBay fees are charged to the product cost and not for the shipping cost.

Rs. 0.01 - Rs. 4000 : 5% of the closing price, minimum of Rs. 3.00/-

Over Rs. 4,000.01 : 5% of the initial Rs. 4,000 (Rs. 200.00), plus 2.5% of the remaining closing value ---------------

Please note that eBay only charges fees on the price at which the item is sold that is the winning bid on your listing. No fees would be charged if you have specified shipping cost differently.
